Overlooking Lake Garda, the Delizioso Residence Vista Lago apartment (step-free interior) in Desenzano del Garda is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 70 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Included amenities: fast Wi-Fi, workspace, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. For families: travel cot, high chair, and children's tableware at no extra charge. Enjoy a private covered terrace with a child safety gate. Just ten meters from one of five pools (1.48 m deep) with a shallow area for children. Pools comply with current regulations but are not supervised by a lifeguard. Shared outdoor area with garden and shower. Close to the beach, public transport, tennis court (15 min walk), and Desenzano Port (7 min by car, 3.1 km) with boat connections on the lake. The main bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom offers 3 single beds (bunk bed plus pull-out bed, each 2 m long). Free street parking. Private garage fits a standard car next to a van; not suitable for two large cars side by side. Also usable for motorcycles and bicycles (please remove bike racks and roof boxes before entering). Two pool loungers are stored in the garage, which can be locked. A small welcome awaits you: coffee, rusks, jams, oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, and fresh water—all included at no extra charge. Rules: no pets, no smoking, no parties. Minimum age 18; adult guests can stay without other adults. Check-in: 15:00–18:00. Late check-in available for an extra fee, to be confirmed in advance. Check-in after 20:30 is not possible.
